All Products (with exception of below) – 15 days Returns from day of Receiving / No questions asked / we provide prepaid shipping label.
- For Any of the Below partner brands – It is normally 15 days Returns from day of Receiving / No questions asked / we provide prepaid shipping label but 50% shipping cost will be paid by you & deducted from your refund, so please choose your product and size wisely.
- If you request / absorb an Exchange from the brand, you will not be charged any return shipping.
- If there is a product defect / manufacturing issue, please take picture and you will not be charged any costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging, tags etc. still attached.
Your return must also include the original shipment's packaging and any included documentation.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and used beauty products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Furniture - buyer must pay return shipping (unless damaged upon delivery)
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Just send us an email on Support@Phiverivers.com with subject field mentioning “Return Request”. Our team will confirm your return status and guide you. Always take pictures of the product as this makes everything quicker. For damaged or defective At Time of Delivery returns, we recommend taking photos of the item to prove accordingly.

RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please do not return your purchase to the ship from address on your package OR right back to the courier team. Once your return or exchange has been generated, Phive Rivers will issue a confirmation email along with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved at the brand warehouse, you’ll receive an email detailing the amount being refunded. Your refund will be processed by Phive Rivers within 1-2 business days. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You may not see the money in your account for 5-10 days due to processing time by payment providers
