When you buy a handmade luxury product, we need to ensure that your order is dispatched without defects and reaches you intact, timely and in good condition. We appreciate you allow us the time for our stringent quality checks and accept a slight delay in shipment as we do this for you to get the best of Phive Rivers.

We ship all orders (custom made) within 54 hrs from the time the order is received. World wide courier delivery of 1-3 days can be expected and we guarantee that your product will usually be delivered within 4-6 days from the order date. Please send us an email on support@phiverivers.com with your details in case you require it well before and we will endeavor our best to make your delivery on time.

YOUR SECURITY:

We remind you that your payment is blocked and retained at the payment gateway you use, like Paypal etc. They only release the payment to us once we provide verified courier package airway bill that is automatically tracked and confirmed by them, proving your product is on its way to you.

RETURN / REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY

We assure you that all products sold By Phive Rivers are brand new and 100% genuine. We always hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Phive Rivers, but if you are not, you may exchange or return any item in its original condition within 14 days from delivery.

If you wish to make a return, due to “Product Defect" or "Incorrect Goods”, Refunds will be made against the original Debit / Credit card / Payment channel used when ordering, for the price paid by you, within a maximum period of 5 days after receipt of your returned items, provided we have received your goods, in their original condition within 14 working days after delivery. We will arrange the courier pick up and pay for this in full, and our courier will contact you to set up pick up time with you.

If you wish to make a return, for reasons ‘other than’ product defect or incorrect goods, we will arrange to pick up the goods and pay for the cost of return by local courier. Please ensure that products are sufficiently protected, packed as per below, and you should retain the Proof of Postage and shipping condition in the event that the returned parcel is damaged or does not arrive. Refunds for the full amount paid, will be made as Store Credit to your account.

Please note any product that has been used or tags have been tampered with, will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost. Please follow some basic steps below to ensure your returns don’t ever rejected by our quality control at world-wide return warehouses. 

  • When you open the package, do so without destroying the brand packaging like the satin bag and polythene wrapping the bag.
  • Ensure the bag has no marks on it confirming it is unused
  • Ensure the brand tag is attached to the bag with original seal and price tag well readable.
  • Ensure stuffing is filled into the bag to avoid distorting the shape.
  • Take a picture of bag, showing the attached brand tag if possible

We don’t try and refuse any incoming Returns or Exchanges as it is the nature of our online business to get the product to the buyer for a ‘touch and feel’ experience, all we ask in return is that our products are handled with care and we will happily take them back!

CANCELLATION:

Once you placed you order on any of our websites, we regret there may not be an option to cancel as we take immediate action to commence the shipment. However we will - cancel the order if you are prudent in sending us a short request with order details and your contact details to verify such a request on support@phiverivers.us

Incase the product ships before cancellation than you need to follow the “Return Policy” stated earlier.

CASH ON DELIVERY:

On purchase, when you check out, ensure your delivery address is correct, based on which you may or may not get a COD option. Below will apply –

  • Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via email or phone call.
  • Shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of the above mentioned logistic service.
  • Do not accept the order if the box is tampered or open.
  • No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.

Cash on delivery service is provided in some selected countries where the courier partners allow this form of collection.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

After the order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent with the order and shipment details. The shipment status can be viewed online from Track Order by entering the order id.
